Its really easy to install, just click on the link below and that's it. Follow these instructions and done.
Step one: change date to 2012
Step two: click link below to install
Step three: after opening app once change date back to 2014
Enjoy.
Tip: those of you that are jailbroken and happen to have AppSync installed don't need to set their date back, only those that aren't jailbroken.
