As most of us know FlagPaint has not been updated for iOS 7. FlagPaint used to be able to "paint" notification banners. A tweak by the creator of Dock Shift NG, brings you a tweak called Coono allows you to do this aswell! As you can see Coono colors the banner with the dominant color of the notifications' icon.

Coono gives you the options to configure the settings such as saturation, brightness, transparency and many more! There is also a show test banner option which lets you see how your banner will look after you apply the changes!
Coono is a great alternative for FlagPaint. It can be found on the Bigboss repo for $1.50 It's well worth it if you miss FlagPaint features on iOS 7!
